I'm a bit iffy calling the outcome of a ninja battle "unfair." I will agree, however, that the most one-sided fight presented so far was the roughly 6-10 year old Itama VS five apparently seasoned, adult, Uchiha clan members. He did not seem able to even offer a counter attack.
