Konan is not a Konoha shinobi.
Tsunade, Shizune and Kurenai are the only jounin and above that we've seen properly fight. so those are the only ones who deserve to be here. after that, it would be sakura, the strongest kunoichi of her age.

koharu has done literally nothing. for all we know, she will lose to tenten.
