Who do you miss the most?

In the Naruto and Naruto Shippuden series there have obviously been a good amount of deaths between hated and loved characters alike.

With that in mind, id like to know who everyone misses the most. ONE SINGLE INDIVIDUAL who is gone and dead now as well as why you miss them.

Also lets talk about what impact their death had on the story one way or another too


For me it would be without a doubt Jiraiya- Sensei. Out of every character he was and still is my favorite all around! I cried completely when he died as well and didn't for anyone else. With him being gone though sadly it pushed naruto to learn sage mode and really improve, but I still wish he had somehow not had to die!

Easily Konan. Her preparation for Tobi was just genius but had a tragic end that I felt. I mean, Nagato tied into it too though I've always felt her death meant more since it was more than a plot device(which is why I really don't care for the others).

Jiraiya/Neji/Itachi

Neji, Jiraiya and Minato. I guess their deaths were good for the development of the show although they deserved to see Naruto materialize his dreams.

Jiraiya is #1, his death hit me hard I was still young at the time so he was like that cool on screen father figure to me lol. I feel OP on that almost cried part because I was the same way almost end up dropping the show but I felt like he would of wanted me to continue.

Next is obito because at the end of the war when we really got to hear and see his story for like the fifth time but it hit me that time like he was really lost and hurt. He only needed someone there to get him through what he was going through and that person was madara he lead him down the wrong path even though it made for a good story, plus he lost Rin just and time to see her die so madara and BZ could twist his mind even more

Can’t forget about itachi I don’t like the path he took but he didn’t deserve what he got the left did him wrong, is why I agree with sasuke about the system being messed up

I miss well written characters

I miss all of them except Minato(nothing personal he's a one trick pony) with missing Madara sama the most.

They weren't badly written characters with ass pulls and handouts. They had more depth in a few chapters than what I've seen of the current MC unt der Rest.

Madara was my favorite villain and one of my favorite characters in Naruto, and he is still regarded as one of my favorite villains in all of Anime. He deserved a better ending.
