I don't think Madara has any good counter to amaterasu, he was forced to block it by sacrificing some of the rods he was using to control Obito. I think that means Madara would have to predict amaterasu and find something to block it with, I think his susano'o would burn.

So no, I meant that Sasuke could probably start burning tailed beasts. With a 9 tails chakra cloak, that jutsu Obito summoned to kill everyone would burn, 10 tails would burn if Obito dared to reveal it or if it rampages, 8 tails will burn if Sasuke is serious about killing tailed beasts, etc.
