Who do u think will cast moon eye plan??

Who do u think will cast moon eye plan(if they were able to)?I mean kabuto and tobi wont sit still while madara cast the jutsu and madara and kabuto sit still if tobi cast the jutsu

I'm willing to bet Madara. As of now, He's the only one capable of casting it. For now.

u need a big amount of chakra to cast that so u need the JUBI ...

Madara has the EMS, Tobi doesnt seem to have even MS, so gotta wait and see.
