Get rid of this meh friend, get new friends.

If this is high school, like other people said, literally don't bother keeping idiots in your life.

is seems your friend is in love with you and want your relationship to end. Get a new friend, because if he were loyal he would be honest with you.

In this scenario, there's a uunlikely but slight possibility that your boyfriend cheated on, so go to talk with the girl, or ask to a friend or acquitance to flirt with him and try to kiss him, so you will know if your boyfriend is a cheater or not. That's it. No drama.

First, what do you mean by playful conflict? Did your 'boyfriend' know this 'friend' before you started dating? Or they met each other after you started dating?
If it's the latter, you should know these conflicts are not 'playful'. Pretending and convincing yourself they are is absolutely unacceptable.
And (I don't mean this to sound harsh) my summary of what I just read is:
I'm beginning to doubt my boyfriend who's always there for me no matter what because of a friend -whom I know- is deceptive but allows me use his Netflix.
It's a case of priorities and only you can set up yours.
