you need not have to ask if you're just going to create a thread about Manga/Anime discussion spoilers but you should post it in a right section though.

There is a sticky thread posted on regular basis for the discussion about the new manga at Naruto manga forum. You can participate in discussions there.

If there is some particular aspect of a manga chapter or characters you want to concentrate on you can post threads in the relevant forum. For example Naurto Manga forum for latest arc or manga related discussions.
