I'd say Hashirama. As the First Hokage who was so respected and much vaunted, it was pretty bad for the tables to be turned against him like that.

Minato got off pretty badly too, Tobirama at least dodged Madara's physical counterattacks in what was shown of their clash, Sai is utter fodder anyway, Sasuke and Naruto got low-diffed badly too, he didn't actually do anything to Sakura, Gaara got cut pretty badly by Edo Madara, Might Guy was disgraced by Madara's view of him as some kind of toy to entertain him, Obito didn't do too shabbily for some time and Kakashi at least warped the flying Rasengan arm away.

Sasuke's isn't necessarily funny (it was pretty basic), its just the fact that Madara added insult to injury by stabbing Sasuke with his own sword.

Naruto he got leashed like a dog especially after talking smack.

Minato-He beat his ass after Juubito took an arm from him. That's basically kicking a dog while he is already down.
Sakura-Stabbed her with a stick
Hashirama-Pinned down the most hyped shinobi ever with a stick (stole his senjutsu) after he just got blitz by mindless juubito. That's also kicking a dog while he's down.
Naruto and Sasuke-Both equally got killed by Madara but they returned to beat his ass afterwards (payback).
Obito-curse tagged his heart and used black rods to restrain him many times but got payback when he ripped the biju out of him and brought back naruto to help sasuke tag team madara.
Tobirama-put up a good fight but limbo black rods combo beat him.

Might Gai is the only guy who put rounds on Madara and Madara never got payback for it. So he's the winner here while everybody else got smackedowned. Gaara, Sai, and Kakashi barely had an encounter.

Actually I give this to the Tailed Beasts also if we're not including their attacks landed on him. Those beasts pulled off a pretty mean combo against the dude that should've honestly killed Madara in the state he was in.

It's not their fault that they're instantly plot-tool susceptible to all Uchiha attacks.

I don't know why they didn't use all their talks instead of one. Just Bm naruto alone was able smack down madara's full body susanoo

They're muuuuch stronger than Madara made them out to be. It's a shame Kishi only had a chapter to do them justice battle-wise.

Obito got manipulated by Madara for the majority of his life so lol.

Naruto got creamed, Madara leashed him and ripped a Tailed Beast out of him like it was nothing.

Sasuke's was pathetic, he didn't even try to use his Sharingan to stop Madara, he got what he deserved that time.

The Madara revival was kinda rushed and illogical thus all these little battles with the bijuus, sasuke, naruto, tobirama etc.
This is why all of them seemed like a low diff. Its just that the results came way too fast because kishi had to rush things after that juubito fight. If you think about it even the battle with Guy was rushed (2 chapters lol...) The last 40 chapters feeled kinda lame.
Before that he had even those annoying inspirational chapters such as the ones between 640-650 where naruto had these memories and as well the ones from shikamaru and hashirama kage union...
Ah and of course to mention the endless rin flashbacks of obito could have been replaced with a deeper story of the origins of the ootsutsuki clan and hagoromo story, sasuke and naruto vs madara fight and so much more.

So id consider that the hardest smackdown before chapter 657 (madaras revival)
In this case the only choice would be the kages. They have been raped since the beginning.
