Who developed Ninjutsu? Indra?

Somebody said Indra developed Ninjutsu.

I thought Hago and Madara stated the shinobi world developed ninjutsu after being tired of understanding one another.

As Madara explained in the manga it was the humans who were bitter with hatred that shifted from Ninsuu to Ninjutsu. We don't even know if the first one to experience hatred was Indra. That is a question you must save to ask BZ.

the article about the secret of ninjutsu in the last DB stated that Indra used his genius to turn Hagoromo's teachings into ninjutsu. What Madara read about that was most likely part of BZ's editing job.

Wouldn't Indra be included in the people who used ninshu the wrong way that Madara spoke of.

Assuming Ninjutsu developed after Hagoromo's death...Indra could have inspired others to pursue weaponizing chakra...If anyone witnessed the clash between him and Ashura.

Shinobi developed ninjutsu after witnessing Hagoromo, Indra and Ashura's abilities, Ootsutsuki used ninjutsu but weren't aware that it was actually ninjutsu, to them it was just as natural as using a sword or a shuriken.

Hagoromo developed Ninshu which was originally followed by both Indra and Ashura, however Indra modified Ninshuu and invented Ninjutsu and everyone followed it. Meaning Indra was far more successful than Hagoromo in spreading his teaching across the world U_U

Since Indra lost the fight, Wouldn't everybody sided with Ashura? When your leader lose in term of ideal, majority of people would go to the opposite side. If the senju clan know the history, they wouldn't try to make dangerous ninjutsu such as edo tensei. I just think there was other people using ninjutsu before Indra and so.

This still doesn't take away from what I said. I'll give you the same example. Madara lost, so many Uchihas defected to Senju i.e. Hashirama as leader. But later on they got tired of it, and resorted to the Madara way.

I know right? After I found out, I realized that Indra was the most badass transmigrant(or whatever you would call him) ever. Databook says that Hagaromo chose Ashura as his successor( and from manga, we know hagaromo gave him both halves) and then Indra got pissed and went away for a while. When he came back he had invented ninjutsu and took on Ashura and stalemated him( they both died).

Since there really is no back story, I like to imagine that Indra was 3T level prior to Hagaromo choosing Ashura. Then when he picked his brother over him, Indra lost it and unlocked mangyekou. In addition to that, after inventing ninjutsu he could take on Ashura + yin and yang half.

Basically, Ashura would have been fighting like Kaguya did. Just Raw chakra. While Indra would have been able to fight that same way but also use ninjutsu and Mangyekou tech.

Either ways, Indra is god tier or demi god tier (sasuke/naruto teir) without any handouts whatsoever. Even Hashi couldn't get anywhere near this level. So sad we can't get an arc on them.
