Well Deva Path can use Shinra Tensei, Ban'sho Tensei and Chibaku Tensei. These three are a devestating combo and he could possibly defeat almost all ninja with an exception of Madara, Hashirama, Obito, Naruto, Maybe Sasuke, Possibly Itachi, DSM Kabuto and Orochimaru but that is probably it. Even the six I am pretty sure of are still pretty iffy in my opinion.
