who deserves rinnengan??

naruto deserves it , but rinnegan suits sasuke , and i believe that naruto will become the jiinchuriki of 3 tailed beasts and have 3 different chakra modes and a merged chakra mode , like say a 9 tails cm with lava style or something , i think sasuke WILL get rinnegan , and if he DOES , then naruto gets more bijuu
