Who deserves a filler arc?

With all these good options, it kind of make you wonder why most fillers are so lame.

I want a filler arc about the Uchiha or Fugaku. They seem way too shady. I also think that maybe Fugaku told Tobi about where Kushina is getting a baby popped out of her vaj since Mikoto was the last person Kushina saw.

I'd also want one about the Konoha 11 becoming Chuunin. Cause all of them became Chuunin except for Naruto and Sasuke.
