I've not even see him fighting(maybe i've missed something?). He was always running around but nothing else so far i know.

Hmm. . . Mifune. . . did you saw the last weeks episode, he was like in a little house or somthing, maybe used as a headquarters, planning with other ninja and samurai (but taht was shown only in the Anime, it was like a filler scene).

Naruto's clone. . . I think he disappeared when Naruto started fighting Tobi, like the clone with the Kages. . . I think that is the most reasonable explanation. . .
