It's probably Sakura. She sounded like she was nowhere near them, she was like "Wait, what's going on?" she couldn't even see that Obito had given his life for Kakashi/Team 7.

Kishi's just not particularly attentive when it comes to battleground placement, as can be seen in the entire Obito/Madara/Juubi fight.

I'm not sure if anyone has already guessed this yet, but a logical guess could be just a hint at Rin having been "watching" Obito during his last moments. After all she did state that later in the same chapter in the afterlife panels. Nothing more than just a ghost....
