@Kidgamer I lean more towards the older son, who is the actual forefather of Sharingan.
Rinnegan is required to read everything on the tablet, and the Elder Son didn't have that. If he couldn't read everything there is no way he wrote it. Not to mention the story of Kaguya, the fruit and the God Tree is on that tablet, more evidence that Rikudo wrote it and left it behind.
That is the catch: we don't know what the Older Son possessed. It makes no sense for him to write something for one son, but pass on nothing for the other one. The other are simply tales from their grandmother. I hardly doubt they wouldn't know them. As none of that happened that far in the past.
KidGamer65:
Why would Rikudou write down in his own tablets, on how to obtain Rinnegan, Juubi power, and even the infinite Tsukuyomi Genjutsu and all of history. This is the same man who wants peace yet he writes evil and great power.
It actually sounds more like the Older Son who wrote all of it down. Not to mention that it was passed down to only Uchiha who are descendants of the elder himself.
Didnt the sage make the damn tablet
This is why I made the thread , you guys made some great points. I'm strarting to really believe it was either the elder son or an uchiha predating madara who was around enough to hear the stories passed down. Also we only know that the sage divided his power on his death bed how did he know that his son would evolve a sharingan first. I also agree with why give one the plans to destroy humanity and give the one that was your true successor nothing.
elder son. the sage only had the rinnegan how did he know about EMS and MS?
