The First Hokage FTW. Naruto might give him difficulty because of SM or KM. He does have Shadow Clone Jutsu and Rasengan variations, but if Kyuubi doesn't assist Naruto in his chakra he might not have a chance out all. The First Hokage Cells placed in any other hand was said to be only a fragment of his power, but if it was his full strength the battle could end with The First Hokage winning with little to no difficulty.
