How else would itachi tank it? In oder for him to tank it with yata he would have to pull out his full susanoo which we know didnt happen. So i think it was his susanoo the tanked it. Either way itachi is tanking it regardless cus he has two techs that can do it.

Hashirama via Mokuton.
Madara, Itachi, and Sasuke via Susanoo.
Naruto via Kurama Avatar (No less and definitely not with the KCM cloak alone)
Edo Minato via Kurama Avatar

If tank means take it with no-little damage.......then its pretty much the same as the people above...Lol

Some of my lists are limits, Neji, Hidan Juugo,Sasori and few jins maybe can't tank it but all others tank it.

Tsunade-sama with her seal tank it easy and Chiyo tank it with her chakra shield
