Absolutely no Naruto characters can take on the RS. NONE OF THEM. He created a moon and split the Juubi into 9 tailed beasts on his death bed without the Juubi's chakra. He's a moon buster, it completely and utterly craps on every single Naruto character to date. He can take on the entire universe and beat them, let alone "max 3".

But yeah, pretty much anyone can just say "hurr sakura beats him" since he's never been shown on panel. Dumb IMO but what can you do.
