This is the Sand village right before the war.

The only strong people at the time were Gaara, Kankuro, Temari, Baki, and a bunch of fodder

Madara: Duh, meteors, Perfect susanoo, EMS

Hashirama: Wood style, Madara stated he was stronger than himself

Kabuto: Sage mode, Edo Tensei

Orochimaru: Edo Tensei the 1 and 2 hokage, summons snakes

Nagato: Chibaku Tensei, Shinra Tensei, summons,

Naruto: Bijuu mode, Km and SM sadow clones , summons,

Tobi, Bijuus

Maybe

Jiraiya : Sage mode, can summon frogs at different parts of the village to cause damage, imagine Swamp of the Underworld in sage mode.

sasori puppet charbroils the frogs, and defends against jiraiyas attacks. then jiraiyas sunken and crushed beneath a hundred tons.

gaara can seal people, plus temari/sasori puppet to defeat ranged attacks
