I can't see Hashirama handling all 5. Jinton completely destroys mokuton. The kages aren't doing badly against edo Madara who is at least a tier above Hashirama. Although Madara hasn't gone all out they've managed to stop everything he's thrown at them and they have destroyed his body a few time although edo regeneration makes it pointless.
