Tier four, her vectors are wanked, throughout forums, considering the fact they're not fast, a human was dodging them FFS. And they couldn't even break the confinement doors when she was escaping, pretty much explains their DC.

End of manga Lucy is planetary, but it's life threatening to her as well...and her vectors can be scaled to MHS ...it all depends on what version, end of manga is planetary, begginninf and mid series Lucy is only street level lmao.

Tier 4-5 for end manga Lucy, she gets LUL raped by dr manhattan, or maybe Aizen due to his hax, monster Aizen can probably solo, Alucard stomps the fuk outta her (she can't even do shit to him). And dantes time stop GG

Goku? I doubt her vectors have the piercing power to rip someone who has star level+ durability. And can blitz her in a second. If bando a human could evade vectors, goku obviously can.

Tier 2-3 for anime/beginning Lucy with 2 metre vectors ...
