While powerful Frog Song maybe (most powerful genjutsu apparently) the only drawback is the time it would take for Jiraiya to set it up.

C4, the micro bombs, could definitely get through any Susano'o. It travels in the air, and air still gets into Susano'o, as we have seen Sasuke and Itachi breathing heavily while encased in Susano'o.
