He'd start off with all 5 of his black heart creatures including the water one which we didn't see but we can assume that like the others is just an elemental gun that can be fused with the others to make a more powerful attack.
Wind + Water = More Powerful water bullet Water + Lightning = Electrified water bullet
Only Sasuke could break his armor and he only gets 3-5 shots but Neji may be able to send chakra through it.
His Bursts of Speed outmatch everyone but Haku.
Gaara would be a good defense against his elemental attacks, unless he fused them which would probably be too much for him unless the fusion attack was against Shikaku Shield or Sand Tsunami.

That's a strong group for Part One. There's the obvious like Orochimaru, Jiraiya, Itachi, Kisame, and Hiruzen who I think should be able to solo them.
