Who could be more effective/on par than Minato with FTG?

I know Minato is faster and analyticaly smarter than Ay. But the only time we saw them fought Ay wasnt even Raikage yet and if I am not mistaken only used version 1 lightening armor.

Since lightening armor enhances reflexes and Ay is already ridicously fast as Raikake in V2 armor could he theoretically be better?

And minato wasn't hokage yet, he was only 19/20 years old. Still a child compared to Ay. And whose to say Ay didn't get slower as he got older? And yes he was in v2, read the chapter again and you'll see his hair flying up.

The only people who may be better with it would be Kakashi, Itachi, Deidara, or Might Gai.

Deidara's fighting style with FTG would be godlike, so many unsuspecting bombs and traps. Shikamaru would be pretty good with it too.

Minato is the one with the fastest reflexes in NV among 'normal' people...

None would be better than him with FTG not even the creator of the jutsu...

Neji , with his byakugan he can map the whole battlefield with the abillity to see/sense all attacks along with the perk of bein able to mark from a distance using vacuum palm.

It also works great for his defense since he can cloud the area around himself with chakra which means anyone who comes within its radius potentially gets insta-marked or ftg'ed.

No one would be better because his reflexes and speed are better than anyone in the manga if were all comparing their base forms besides Ridoku characters.

Lol at people who say gai. Gai isnt good at ninjutsu, he never be able to learn and master space time ninjutsu of S rank like ftg. Takes 3 jonin just to use it. Only the most skilled and intelligent and gifted can use it to same degree as minato.
