im going to be the oddball and say tobirama he created shadow clone jutsu, that was his basic fighting style for 300+ episodes. without tobi naruto wouldnt be the same.

I SECOND this without the shadow clone jutsu he wouldn't be able to learn any of his current jutsus, no resengan or any variation of it, nor sage mode without Tobimara naruto wouldn't even be a ninja
