Naruto wants to do the most good and as for now his greatest good feat is saving konoha from pain since his saving the world feat isn't complete yet. Itachi has done the most. He has chose the shinobi world over his family, he protected konoha, he saved naruto so that he can do what he is doing now, he saved sasuke by saving kabuto from himself since kabuto later saved sasuke. Itachi has actually contributed more to the shinobi world right now.
