My Reasoning for Disliking These 2:

4th Raikage(Ay):

Ay has a pretty cool personality i like his Lariat Lightning Armor is pretty cool but he has no depth at least Lee & Gai have a bunch of different Kicks and Punches and such Ay just kinda rushes you or Lariats you

3rd Raikage

The 3rd Raikage is a complete powerhouse and probably the most durable character in the manga save the gods(Ashura, Indra, Sage, Sage's Brother, Madara, Hashirama, Naruto, Sasuke, Kaguya) but he has no versatility he's even worse than Ay his changes consist of using less fingers i mean come on but he's strong for sure
