Who can use The Rinne Rebirth Jutsu?

It says it consumes a lot of chakra, nagato died because he was exhaust. I think madara can revive and survive :I that senju dna + sm = bijuu chakra levels right there.

I believe it takes so much chakra to use it that you just die of chakra exhaustion no matter what, but the gedo saved obito.

He simply doesnt have enough chakra anymore, he can't take any from the statue which was basically his lifeline.

That might a possibility too, madara will invoke the ten tails again and the flower will raise again and when the fruit appears somehow naruto takes it and eat it and defeat that HAX uchiha user , i'm liking that, but the SA has to do something, damn fodders.
