Who can touch Minato?

Who can touch him? He has the sickest reflexes in NV. On par with Naruto's shunshin speed but he doesnt use that verh often. I hear alot of people saying Hashirama>>>>Minato, but how will Hashirama land a hit? I'm not saying Minato>Hashirama but I am saying that Minato can only be killed by plot. He was killed because he protected Naruto.

Well... I can come up with only 2 cases:-->
1. Until someone is faster than Minato, He can not touch Minato.
2. Until someone will derive a very huge expendable jutsu which can cover even Minato's teleportation range.

And as of now, no-one is there except Naruto who could touch Minato.

The only one who can touch him is Iruka... when he uses his shunshin no jutsu which is far more faster than that of Minato's U_U . Iruka can even defeat SO6P, Hashirama and Madara in a single blow.
