Wind beats paper lol. I agree she could beat Hidan because he is a CQC person and Temari is a LQC person; so that will be in her favor. The question is though, how does Temari counter 100 puppets? And what about Sasori's poison? And Iron Sand?

her wind attacks cut through chakra strings and the puppets themselves, since it already cut though the much more durable samurai armour

Not necessarily simpleton. The difficulty is arguable. The rest is set in stone, most are low diff wins for the Akatsuki barring Zetsu, Konan and Hidan. The only fight I see that is arguable is Zetsu and maybe Konan so not sure why you think the rest is arguable. Pretty dumb of you guys.

No such thing as LQC its LRW(Long range warfare) but I get what you're saying lol.
Temari is stronger than both Sakura and Chiyo due to her combat style
Kamatari would literally shred all of Sasori's puppets based on his ability to decimate a forest. The only issue i could see is Iron sand which is either Earth/Wind or earth/electricity. so her wind attacks may not be able to break it.

As for my opinion i would say
Who she can beat:
Hidan (Unfair fight for Hidan)
Konan (would be interesting but due to summon I favor Temari)
Sasori (I believe her summon can 1 shot Sasori)
Great Fights but might lose:
Deidara if his C3 is restricted I would say this would be a nice fight.
Kisame (Normal Kisame maybe but once merged no chance)
One she can't beat
Nagato
Itachi
Kakuza (domo is real)

I love Temari and she's hugely OP but up-close she lost to Sai. Hidan can win dependent on starting points and context. I'm not even certain on her managing Konan or Sasori. I think her best matchups are trying to OHKO Deidara and Zetsu.
At mid-range she tied with Konohamaru with what would've been a hugely dangerous brawl. Yet at the same time she OHKO'd Tayuya and stood up to Madara Uchiha. She's an odd one.
Temari even at her strongest is NOT more powerful than Chiyo and Sakura.
