I doubt that. Hashirama has an incredibly strong body and Madara has extremely powerful chakra.

So don't even bring up Kurama or Gyuki because they are tailed beast, And lets just say tailed beast mode is considered a "Ninjutsu". A tailed beast taking on a tailed beast ball is possible... but a human, even if it is Hashirama, will not survive unless he uses Jutsu, whether it be ninjutsu or senjutsu. No human can take on a TBB. Impossible...

The Bijuu. That's about it. Even the Third Raikage would need Lightning Armor to stand a chance. I don't count Juubi Jins since they don't tank, they negate whatever comes in contact with them.

no human, not even third raikage can take a direct hit from a full powered tailed beast bomb, it's impossible. there is no lightning armor no nothing that gonna stop that. only way to face it is with ninjutsu/senjutsu. or be a bijuu, or ten tails jin.
