Oh yeah, Madara's Perfect Susano'o possibly could because he did state its power to be equal to a tailed beast and would have needed to have fought that to be able to test that hypothesis, meaning he may have tanked even Kurama's TBB.

Also karuma could have been sealed instantly into mito because a blast from him would effect everying with in atleast 100 acres.

Yata Mirror perhaps. I think it's suited to reflecting these linear moving objects which lack piercing power. We've even seen the result from a TBB bounce off of the floor, so it seems the Mirror stands a good chance against it. However, this remains dependant on how big the Bijuu Dama actually is, which may very well dwarf not only the Yata Mirror, but the Susanoo in size.

Kabuto has the same abilities as suigetsu and the 2nd mizukage
Itachi as i believe the yata mirror will deflect it.

That is possible, but he must have fought a tailed beast to be able to make that statement and the only one we know he has possibly fought is Kurama. It isn't for certain, just a possibility that he could tank it.
