i think its just as long as u survive.. it doesnt matter how u survive as long as you do :| .. so dodging the attack should be allowed

Actually I now have edited my post . I didn't take the force from the above into the consideration and that's why I had added them. But I read Noddy's and your post then it became quite clear

Importance is to find a way to survive, so yes you can try to dodge as well

Psss, that's what i'm saying. **** is just hax. But perhaps some people will have the reflexes to activate their Jutsu when he screams Shinra Tensei. The thing is, the pressure on the victim will just be outrageous, because there will be a large force over a small area (as opposed to a large force over a large area like Konoha). Seriously, getting hit by a Chou Shinra Tensei from only a few meters above your head is like getting hit by Dust Release. There'll be nothing of you left.

It's what i believe as well. This jutsu can be cheated as hell xd

imo i dont think gaara would be able to escape but i do think he would be able to surive the tech even if he is pushed back by the technique as long as he survives lol

i dont think sai would have enough time to escape imo

onoki can fly however this coomes down to whether he can get out of the way in time .. he is old after all :|

as for deidara i dont see him escaping in time either

Kurama, Jubi, So6P, Brother Suigetsu, possibly Brother Kisame if his water dome is strong enough to protect him, Brother Minato, Brother Deidara if his C4 is strong enough to make it explode (at the cost of his own life), and Brother Tobi.
