Who can survive Ay's Liger Bomb

No defensive techniques to cover ones body like Susanoo, Kamui, etc. I'm curious to know who can potentially tank this head on. Juubi Jins are excluded.

In this scenario lets say Ay jumps and grabs them from the air (50 meters) gaining momentum from gravity.

Juugo, Tsunade and Sakura all die instantly, regeneration on their level makes zero difference when the entire spinal cord would either snap or disconnect from their skulls.

Though the rest do have their chances, due to their unique ability.

No one can. The attack snaps off the head, which is a straight kill. Only ones are the Juubi's Jinchuuriki can survive that, considering they're immortal.​
