Who can survive a gun in the Narutoverse?

What characters in the Narutoverse do you think can either tank a bullet or dodge it?

Just to a name a few:

Obito could "dodge" it via Kamui
Sandaime Raikage can most likely just tank a bullet.
Minato could dodge it via FTG

Say how you think they could survive as well!

Sasori could tank it unless it hit him in the heart.

Well, apparently Sasuke can handle a giant hole in his wind pipe for a whole minute(which even fucking Goku couldn't survive), so why not a bullet. Also Naruto could take getting smashed on his head like 1K feet without any blood, so probably him too.

Raikage would lightning shield melting the bullet then zip over there and cut assassin's head off via clothesline of doom.
