Multiple ones to be exact.
Naruto and Sai always survive because her hits are just comedy. In battle I don't think anyone but the most powerful ninja could survive. Her fists are very deadly and if she had increased speed and was actually allowed to fight (being a medic-nin she can't), she would take out the enemy everytime.

Agreed I'm pretty sure Sakura could tear a Susanoo apart with her bare hands like Tsunade did if she wanted to.
