Who can survive a direct hit from Kaguya’s bone ash?

And by “direct”, I mean direct. No armor of any kind. No sand armor, lightning armor, Kidomaru;s gold armor thing. I'm talking straight up direct contact with the actual person’s body, like how it killed Obito.

I say:
- Madara. Switch with Limbo self.
- Madara again and Danzo. Uchiha or Sharingan user that can use Izanagi.
- 3rd Raikage. The attack wouldn’t penetrate his skin.
- Orochimaru and Kabuto. Technically, they’d die. But could probably be resurrected like when Sasuke brought back Orochimaru.

That’s all I can think of.

Edit: With his "miracle power", Naruto recreated Kakashi's nonexistent left eye and prevented Guy from dying of the 8th Gate, but he was unable to stop Obito from decaying from Kaguya's ash bone. So please don't underestimate it.

I don't think it works that way. I'm positive the bone has to penetrate the skin, even just a a fraction of a millimeter of it, and then it begins to activate its decay property. But I'm claiming the bone wouldn't penetrate the 3rd Raikage's skin AT ALL.

Kinda like how you can't get AIDS just by touching the blood of someone with AIDS.
