does it really matter? both of Shisui's eyes are gone so the technique is forever lost. in answer to your question though, I'm guessing anyone with a Mangekyou or Rinnegan would be able to recognize it :shrug:

Well a jinchuuriki would have a chance, if he's on talking terms with the tailed beast, since it would be unaffected by the genjutsu it could identify it.
And it's still "just" a genjutsu, if it's identified before it's too late, it can be stopped by someone else, however, the user would of course think of this, also against a jinchuriki, so whenever it's used in the right way, it can't be stopped, I guess
