Sasuke would have the least chance of winning because if susanoo is his best tech then hes screwed.
Minato can hurt madara until he uses PS or some other move we have yet to see.

Look people....Madara Man-handle the 5 kages....yeah they may have killed him a few times as an edo....but he clearly shown that he was toying with them.....he literally picked them apart individually and as a whole.....He could've ended this war if Kishi allowed it....but no one is as skilled as his is..it's simple truth and fact...
