Funny enough. Nobody at the battlefield is at full strength since was fighting a lot before. Kurama grants him enough Chakra and if Naruto is able to use one Tailed Beast Bomb after another and to stay in his Biju cloak, he should also be able to maintain his speed if he could do so. But it really isn't so. Naruto isn't blitzing all of his opponents with his considerable speed and all of his fights have proven this. Neither he used his speed against the Jinchuriki when was being in his Kyuubi-Mode, nor he made use of his speed when actually fighting the 5 Biju or Tobi; Tobi easily dodged one of his moves by just dodging and also Madara did so - If Naruto is able to make use of a TBB, he can also make use of his speed. Naruto was what? He was in nine tails chakra mode for the love of god. Where did you even pull this assumption from? He was at top speed, strength, and stamina given nine tails chakra at his disposal. The fact that he couldn't speed blitz anyone as you make it sound like clearly shows you are over-hyping this character to high-heaven and the base is quite notorious for it. In top form, Madara and Obito countered him as if it was nothing. So common sense? Naruto's fanboys hype him too damn much.
