Lord Jiraiya could react to every animal path the Rinnagan had, pluss all pains speed and Konans ultraspeed paper. Without even flinching. So i think he could react to everything Sasuke has to offer. And then counter, Sasuke would loose in the end after being outsmarted by Lord Jiraiya.

Your right As much as i love Lord Jiraiya he wouldnt be able to defeat current Sasuke. But EMS Sasuke is another story, and i'm not trolling
