Who can rival obito and his Will?

Obito has one of the strongest will's out there,

He managed to supress and control the juubi just by his will to move forward and complete his plan.

the only ones i see rivaling Obito's will are Naruto and hashirama.

So who do you think rivals obito's will?

The first to can rival, the latter 2 can compare, not rival imo.

Naruto undoubtedly. Hashirama is up there. Jiraiya managed to literally fight back from death to give intel to Konoha. It was noted that his heart wasn't beating when be brought himself back; so that was through sheer will power. Itachi as well. He had a fatal disease and was suppressing all that time just to power up his brother.
