Shisui is able to use Genjutsus that don't require eye contact. you are right for Itachi tho

you silly fool danzo used a technique of which changes history so of course he got beat. and since guy can't do that he gets caught in genjustu.

Mū can use invinsibility jutsu and Guy can't sense him.Jinton would also help Mū.
BM Minato could use FTG to outlast Guy.
Itachi's Yata Mirror could block some of Guy's attacks. He can aso use Tsukuyomi or other genjutsus on Guy. Also, Itachi could cover battlefield in Amaterasu.
Shisui could stop Guy with KA.
Sm Hashirama could use mokujin and shinshuusenju. Also, myojinmon or whatever that gate jutsu is called could stop Guy.

It wasn't because of plot since Kakashi was not there with Naruto, Sasuke, Minato and Tobirama. In other words, he did not have enough chakra to fight against anyone powerful like Rikudo Obito.

Nope, because Guy can distort space and destroy the whole battleground with Night Month since Itachi's Amaterasu will be carried far away from him, while Guy can attack Itachi from nowehere. In other words, his attack are so powerful that you can almost break anything.
