Who can permanetly kill Orochimaru in one shot?

Killing him is killing him. When he's dead he needs support from an ally which means it's 2 on 1. If that's what you want then you need to specify.

Going by your logic, no one can be defeated in this manga because they can all be resurrected via edo tensei.

No, not really, Orochimaru essentially never dies due to him being in multiple people at once, via CS. But when someone gets Edo-Tensei'd they have to DIE first.

You can't kill him; the third hokage couldn't do, tsunade and jiraiya couldn't do it, kyuubi 4 tailed naruto couldn't do it, sasuke couldn't do it, itachi couldn't do it, akatsuki couldn't do it, so if all these people tried and failed what does that tells you.?
