I believe that for example, Neji has a good chance of winning, but that would be in the case of Sasuke not using his ems immediatly.
64 palms and Sasuke can't do anything.
However, I'm unsure if the jyuuken works against Susanoo.
Byakugan > 3 tomoe sharingan at least, so that might help.
But I'm sure no one in the K11 can dodge his emoterasu.

Hate to say it but unless a character gets lucky they will likely be 1 shot.
Lee might have a chance if he can open all gates.

Neji might have a chance. Maybe he could use Kaiten to defend against Amaterasu?
If so he could then possibly use Jyuuken to close the connections that lead to Sasuke's eyes specifically. This would render his Sharingan unable to work with no chakra and no Suasnoo , no Amaterasu , no Tsukiyomi.

lee have not chance because he base on taijutsu he need to come close to land a punch or kick.Amaterasu coated with susano will solve this poblem.
Ino mind transfer will not past through susano because it a spiritual guardian that protect the user

Lee could tie with Sasuke, if he's able to open the 8th gate and kill Sasuke quickly so they die together. Very low chances though.

Ino could, but I'm pretty sure Sasuke could break out of it like Obito did, though not as quickly. She'll either have to slash his throat in mind transfer quickly and release the jutsu before it kills her, or kill herself within his body. Also very low chances.

So basically, the only one that COULD is Ino. And let's be honest here, what's the chances of that? 1/100?

absolutely not one person from the k11 has even the slightest chance at victory in a 1 on 1 if it was a gauntlet and sasuke had to fight all the teams 3 ninja vs him at once he still solos neji ten ten lee is the biggest problem and no chakara is needed to solo ten then ama spams and sussano kills lee nd neji the next best team teamwork wise is ino shika cho ino gets ama choji gets ama shika gets ama none of them are fast enough same goes for the rest of the k11 ama spams ftw

No one in the 11 can solo Sasuke. Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is haxed. Sasuke now has access to all his eye Jutsus without any strain to his eyes or major if any chakra drainage. He could probable do what Madara does and stabilize his Susanoo making it virtually impossible to defeat. Plus Sasuke's rage and anger gives him a major power boost.

Maybe together with Shikamaru's help they can. If Shika binds him Choji breaks his Sasanoo and Lee 7 gates attacks him they have a shot. Neji's dead so he's out. The problem with Sasuke is he can kill without moving.
