Who can Kakashi beat?

Is Kakashi really Kage level anymore? I don't think so

How can he beat this Kages?

The current Gokage

* Gaara (sand tsunami, sand armour, flight)
* Onoki (jinton, flight, stone golem)
* Ay (raiton armour, speed)
* Mei (acidic mist, lava release, water formation pillar)
* Tsunade (byakogou regen, super strength, huge chakra amount)

Previous Kage

* Third Raikage (tanked FRS unscratched, survived bijudama. nothing else to say)
* Yagura (Jinchuriki of the three tails, water mirror)
* Mu (Same was Onoki)
* Second Mizukage (mirage genjutsu, steam explosion, hydrafication)
* Third Kazekage (iron sand)
* Fourth Kazekage (gold sand, third eye)

Not mentioning Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato and Lord Prime Hiruzen, who are demi-god tier Kages

How does Kakashi beat these people without sharingan eye?
