Sasuke won't be joining the battle. He has his own problems to deal with. It wouldn't even make sense for him to be joining the shinobi alliance since he wants revenge against Konoha.. Plus, how can he counter rinnegan techs or even the juubi's tbbs?

I think the purpose for this story is to show friendship and another thing naruto as the story isnt just for the main character when u watch the show jiraya explains that he is writin a book and that main character was name naruto so its pretty following the tale of a hero now for this war I do think sasuke is goin to get involved but i dont want to be high and might if he does and fails one thing i noticed when watching it naruto and kakashi confirmed that sasuke and naruto are the perfect team and even in the movies it show so its gonna end with sasuke and naruto defeating them

how can you say he is capable of countering Madara and Obito which are both genius with regards to sharingan usage.?.

I seeing your point yet your underestimating sasuke just because he was close to death with itachi which look at the facts itachi had ms whether or not he was goin blind not to mention sasuke would of killed him if he didnt have the susanoo.
your seeing him cuz he is allow his hate and power go over his head since he got new power yet you dont even stop and think that sasuke is smarter than he looks/acts so he would have a possible chances against and we dont even no all his powers yet what happens if he ends up gettin some new power after seeing what orchmaru is about to show him so i cant say he will be but there is that possibly he will and for all the haters go ahead and hate you just dont want to see the facts as they are in front of you

The only use sasuke is at this point is being another target for the Juubi to shoot at.
Seriously he is not more powerful then an army and he certainly can't reflect or counter TBBs.
He isn't that useful to the army, not sure why people keep saying he will save everyone.

My theory was Sasuke will see his parents from Maru and that scroll.

When talking to his parents, he will realize that Madara (Obito) was pulling strings behind the scenes and setup the clan to die.

The reason for that was to prevent any other Uchihas from being able to stop Obito in the future.

So all that was left was Sasuke and Itachi after the massacre. When Itachi died, Obito was happy. All that was left to stop him in the future was Sasuke.

So Obito thinks Sasuke is on his side (just meaning Sasuke isn't going to take part in the war).

But Sasuke has already *sort of, but not really* helped take down Kabuto.

Sasuke, I think, will hear from his parents and learn that Obito and Madara forsaked their clan, and for that Sasuke will want revenge (more so than against the Leaf).

I think Sasuke will show up to help take down Madara\Obito\10 tails

Well, its really exciting to read your comments on this.. actually i also think of > it is impossible for sasuke to involve in this battle.. he has no reason.. he actually want to see the destruction of konoha.. he also wants to kill naruto and all team 7.. but this is maybe one of the reasons

1) sasuke is not a hard cold blooded killer.. u can read previous chapter.. sasuke dislike killing innocent people.. so madara and uchiha method by kiling people is maybe what sasuke not aggree with..

2) and to make moon eyes projects into reality is also maybe the things that sasuke not agree.. because he will be in its.. he will also trap inside the genjutsu.. who the heck want to be trap in genjutsu? especially sasuke

ok, and below is maybe how and why i say that sasuke is might be the shinobi alliance savior..

1) who else are powerful/ skillful enough to face Madara + tobi ? ( this characters is not involve with the battle right now)

2) all characters that involve in the battle are already torn/ weaks... naruto, bee, kakashi, gai, has already done everything they could to stop Madara + Tobi but failed.. and the back up .. they are many in number but tiny in powers.. so it is impossible for the existence character in the battle to beat Madara + tobi + 10 tails.

3) sasuke is one alive shinobi that know how to undo edo techs.. he can use that tech to release madara edo.. i think that's the only way to stop madara.. he is invincible because of edo techs..

4) the secret scroll that he hold ( which need oro consult with) is still a mystery ..but if i'm not mistaken seigetsu said that scroll will be that key to win the battle.. the questions is.. who's winning? so i bet that scroll maybe is something big , it may have the power or techs how to stop 10 tails ... it maybe left by so6p and accidently found by oro..

5) sasuke is a smart guy.. yes he had a few battle that nearly took his life.. but thats is when he is a newbie.. now i can consider him as in a superior shape.. if he has a battle with itachi.. surely itachi defeated easily..

6) sasuke know about izanagi and izanami.. this is also the key to stop madara.. izanami is used to stop bad uchiha ..
