kyubi mode could ! we saw that in the naruto-pain fight ... when kyubi punched pain in the face ... with shinra tensei launched ....

it's not a direct attack that could be dodged or countered no matter how fast you are

I guess it could be blocked/withstood or teleported away from, but then again that's not dodging
