And even if it wasn't, it's still alive. And it possessed the chakra first. Any way you cut it, kaguya was not the first to have chakra. She was the first human(?) to have chakra.

Second, They(Naruto and Sasuke) also doesnt having any idea how to stop Expensive TSB. If not because of Kakashi and Kamui they both will kiss good bye to the world[1. Ash Bone through Portal at Naruto, 2. TSB]

Also plot need good side to win.

Naruto showed the ability to share his chakra against obito and sasuke has always had susanoo arrow and if kurama s chakra significantly magnifies an attack the cloak of rsm Naruto would be overwhelming so its not fanfic and if ur putting kaguya at full power and not basing it on the manga that means Naruto and sasuke are at full power which means current Naruto and sasuke again Naruto can give sasuke chakra cloak now sasuke can dimension travel multiple times without drawback and Naruto can set clones to collect chakra to keep replenishing or even create clones to block ash bone like he did before. When she goes back to a normal dimension Naruto speed blitzes her again and blasts her again then sasuke finishes her off
