How about Minato throwing a kunai near Susanoo while both Itachi and Minato fighting him and made a clone appear near Susanoo and made it teleport the Susanoo? it is an atleast unpredictable for Sasuke IMO.

Minato obviously uses Bunta to fight Naruto as he is going against BM so Minato redirects them at Naruto and then escapes with the help of Bunta.If Naruto uses a bigger TBB then Minato uses FCD to troll Naruto and there is no need for Minato to have a marking on Naruto,he can simply throw a kunai towords him and redirect it towords Naruto as FTG has a radius,no need to mention about FTG marking being a part of Naruto seal.
Considering the fact that Minato is dealing with a Bijju he would probably place markings over a wide range of areas as he has the prv experience of dealing with TBB's and Bijju's.Itachi's crows can help them to carry the marking's,incase if it is not wise to teleport them towords Naruto then Minato teleports them away from the battle field and last but not the least Naruto can keep BM only for a few mins and Minato is more that capable of dealing with Naruto's most powerful jutsu.
Only hope for Naruto to win is outlasting Minato and Iam not using Itachi as I don't have much ideas about how Itachi plays a major role in this case.

Susanoo's size is pretty much close to that of mountains and Juubi is even bigger than PS means that it is atleast as big as a big mountain.Minato placed markings around Juubi pretty easily so he can cover an area larger than mountains with his markings and he not only placed markings around Juubi but also placed markings out side of Obito's barrier which is even bigger than the hokage's barrier.
And for Bunta jumping,Gam managed to jump pretty long distance while attacking Juubi I guess that much distance is good enough to avoid the major damages.Itachi proveds Yata support if bunta failed to get away from the explosion.

Minato always starts battle by spreading markings,he can make a clone and let it spread the kunai if Naruto is going to attack him with TBB b4 placing markings and Bunata can atleast avoid Naruto from making TBB's in case of emergency or worst case Minato can hold the TBB in his FTG dimention and release it after placing a marking far away from the battle field with the help of clone/his toads/Itachi's crows.
EDIT: I have decided to not to drag this any longer as I agree with the fact that Naruto/Sasuke can beat Minato and Itachi but my only point is it is not as easy as u thought so this argument is pretty much pointless.
Pretty sure it depends on the kind of clone. Every other clone besides Mokuton clones that I've seen poof the moment they take enough damage, and Enton will deliver that amount of damage.

After Orochimaru substituded himself with a clone to get rid of the kunai, the clone was exposed to a deep wound on its hand just like Oro several seconds earlier.
